During the walk, we will explore the properties and uses, both ancient and modern, of edible plants, discovering how each plant has a story to tell and a fundamental role in culinary tradition.
Recipes from the garden will offer participants an opportunity to learn about the connections between nature and cuisine, inspired by the culinary message of Prof. Augusto Rinaldi Ceroni.

At the end of the walk, visitors will be able to enjoy a picnic created in collaboration with local Casola Valsenio restaurateurs, who will propose typical dishes prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients, celebrating the flavours of the territory and the aromatic herbs of the garden.
