Riviera Rimini Seaside and inland resorts

The twenty-seven municipalities of our province, the smallest in Emilia Romagna, stretch from the sea to the hills in an area of just 860 square kilometers.

On the Rimini Riviera, five renowned seaside resorts are bathed by the Adriatic Sea whose shallow waters bathe about 40 km of very fine sandy beaches; venturing into the nearby hinterland with high-sounding names, Malatesta & Montefeltro, twenty-two towns offer the best of themselves, lying in the wonderful Conca and Marecchia river valleys.

Here the eye can rest upon the green hills and the numerous bits of historical and artistic evidence that the villages and hamlets are full of.
