Presentation of the book 'The Emerald Ring' by Nadia Fabbri

Malatesta Rocca

On Saturday 14 February at 5 p.m., in the evocative setting of Montefiore Conca Castle, there will be the presentation of the new book L'anello di smeraldo (The Emerald Ring) by Nadia Fabbri, a work that weaves history, memory and narration, giving back a voice to six female figures from the past.
L'anello di smeraldo is a journey through time and historical consciousness, where women's voices return with strength, truth and emotional intensity. Through a limpid and engaging writing style, Nadia Fabbri combines documentary rigour and narrative sensitivity, offering the reader a profound and touching reading experience.
The six fictional biographies that make up the book take the form of interior monologues, in which each woman tells her story in the first person. Thoughts, emotions and memories emerge powerfully, transforming each chapter into an intimate confession that spans the centuries and breaks down the distance between past and present.
A work capable of moving and making us reflect, in which the precision of historical study merges with the evocative power of narrative.
The volume is introduced by Andrea Antonioli's preface, which offers a critical reading of great depth on the theme of the rediscovery of the female voice in history.
The presentation is set in the cultural context of the Montefiore Conca Castle, a symbolic place consistent with the dialogue between history, memory and narrative that animates the work.
In dialogue with the author will be Marino Fantuzzi.
Admission free while places last.
