On the saddle of our bicycles we set off to discover the Cervia Salt Pan, together with our guide and equipped with binoculars!

Leaving from the Visitor Centre, together with the expert guide, we cycle along an inner stretch of the Salt Pan until we reach the Camillone Salt Pan, an ancient salt pan where salt is still harvested by hand using the tools and methods of the past.

After discovering the secrets of the White Gold, we get on our bikes and ride along the new cycle path, along the way making a few stops to spot the different species living in this area of the Po Delta Park.

We end the excursion at the Locanda Acervum, where we enjoy a sweet and savoury brunch.
