"Listen to the Forest" is a Forest Bathing meodo TeFFIt experience here there is no human 'therapist'... the only guide is the Forest itself. Walking with our senses open, we come back into relationship with Nature: shapes, light, shadows, sounds and smells. These stimuli, by activating our involuntary attention, give us a regenerating break for body and mind.
The initiative will take place in the vicinity of the Lama Forest, in a location chosen according to the season and capable, thanks to its biocomplexity, of allowing us to enjoy the experience to its full benefit.
The outing will be led by a forest immersion conductor, registered with the Italian Forest Therapy Network, in accordance with Law 4/2013.
Meeting point: 9.30 am at Ridracoli dam ticket office
Activity end: scheduled at about 1.00 pm
Clothing suitable for a walk in the forest is required, depending on the current season.
One-off fee: € 25
The fee includes: admission to Ridracoli dam, guided forest dive experience, transfer by boat to the Comignolo raft and return with guided tour on board, free entrance to IDRO Ecomuseum on return.
