A loop E-Bike MTB excursion that touches on the Ridracoli valley, Santa Sofia and Poggio alla Lastra.

ROUTE
Passes along the Bidente river, the village of Santa Sofia and the village of Poggio alla Lastra, to the summit of the Passo del Vinco (927 m) with a view of the Ridracoli valley.

DEPARTURE: 9:00 a.m.> Santa Sofia Visitor Centre
36km approx., difference in altitude 950mt

LEVEL: MEDIUM / EASY
mixed route on gravel forest tracks, gravel roads and asphalt road requires a minimum of training and familiarity with the MTB/Ebike.

PARTICIPANTS: MIN 3 participants

CONTRIBUTION € 55 per participant, includes E-mtb rental + helmet, Mtb guide service, entrance to dam and Idro ecomuseum.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: rucksack with water, windproof and/or rainproof jacket, cap or bandana, helmet and possibly bike gloves and shorts with pad (we can provide helmets and comfortable saddle covers in the absence of shorts). Comfortable clothing suitable for a MTB tour.
