Bruno Barbey. The Italians

On Saturday 4 April, Villa Mussolini opens to the public "Bruno Barbey. Italians", a tribute to one of the most influential exponents of the Magnum Photos agency.
Through one hundred black and white shots taken between 1962 and 1966, the exhibition offers a vibrant fresco of Italy during the economic boom, suspended between modernity and tradition. The itinerary, enriched by quotations from great authors such as Calvino and Pasolini, also invites the public to active participation: visitors can contribute to the creation of a collective album by bringing their own family photos from the 1960s.
The exhibition will remain open until 27 September: until 28 June it will be open from Tuesday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., while on weekends and holidays it will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (with closing on non-holiday Mondays).
The entrance fee is 12 euros (full price, including audioguide) and 10 euros (reduced price).
