Enrico Brignano arrives in Riccione on 30 June with "Bello di mamma!", his new show on tour for the summer of 2026. A return to the origins of the one-man show, in the noblest sense of the genre, and at the same time a reflection on the times in which we live, conducted with that mixture of irony, tenderness, and lucidity that has made Brignano one of the best-loved artists on the Italian comedy scene for twenty years.
At the heart of Brignano's show is a simple and powerful idea: in a world that changes at dizzying speed, full of contradictions and constant demands, sooner or later we all feel the need to return to that embrace that made us feel safe as children. The starting point is the universal image of childhood: the mother's voice that dissolved fears, cartoons. That 'beautiful mother' who protected or, when necessary, put us back in line.
From this personal and collective memory, Brignano builds a broader observation on the present: an era in which alarming news, omnipresent technology and accelerated rhythms coexist with the nostalgia of when everything seemed clearer. The great provocations of our time, from wars to artificial intelligence, from the sometimes divisive inclusion to the contradictions of the ecological transition, become comic material and, at the same time, ground for genuine reflection.
The real challenge, however, is to find an antidote: to recover an emotional balance in the midst of confusion. And this is where Brignano's most recognisable language comes in, a laughter that can be mocking or benevolent, ironic or melancholic, but always sincere and capable of putting order back into contemporary chaos. "Bello di mamma!" is a personal tale that becomes collective, speaking to the audience through shared emotions, recognisable fragilities and a humour that does not renounce tenderness.

On stage with Brignano is an orchestra of 10 elements and 2 choristers, with music by Andrea Perrozzi. The sets are by Marco Calzavara, the lighting design by Marco Lucarelli. Costumes are by Paolo Marcati and the D'Inzillo Sweet Mode tailor shop.
