The undisputed star of the festival is the Romagna piadina: every piadina stall offers a wide variety of fillings, from the most classic combinations to the most creative and original interpretations, allowing you to discover a new way to enjoy one of the symbols of local tradition every time.

The programme is further enriched by a cooking demonstration with Frida Vasini, workshops for adults and children, and plenty of live music, offering an authentic Romagna experience centred on flavour, conviviality and fun.
