The canoe and our feet will take us to the Forest of the Lama or the abandoned hamlet of 'La Seghettina' (depending on the water level of the lake) a short distance from the true green heart of the National Park: the integral reserve of Sasso Fratino.

In the middle of the forest we will be guided in a regenerating and relaxing yoga practice by our teacher Isaura, a final moment designed to end the whole morning experience lulled and pampered by the sounds of the surrounding forest. We will then enjoy our picnic lunch between a chat and some relaxation in one of the most relaxing and scenic areas here.
On a beautiful meadow or under a giant walnut tree, the yoga class is also suitable for first-timers who want to give it a try!

- Meeting point at the Ridracoli Dam ticket office, one hour before departure time (i.e. between 9 and 9.30 a.m.)
- Expected return between approx. 4.00 p.m.
Very small children are only allowed if they are used to walking. The route is not feasible with buggies.
Children 10 years and older can paddle like the others, younger children will only be passengers.
The activity is suitable for the whole family!

To bring:
- clothes suitable for the season and a day outdoors
- complete change of clothes (underwear too!)
- packed lunch and water
- rubbish bag
- hat or bandana and sun cream
- towel

On the return journey, those who wish can stay in the dam area until 7 p.m. or visit the IDRO ecomuseum.
