On 23 and 24 May 2026, Misano Adriatico will host the Italian Masters Athletics Championships at the Santamonica Sports Centre, one of the most eagerly awaited events at national level.

After the success of the last edition, which registered thousands of participants including athletes, technicians and accompanying persons, the event returns with an even richer and more enthralling programme.

Among the novelties of the 2026 edition are the introduction of the multiple events - women's heptathlon and men's decathlon - the strengthening of the relay races, among the most spectacular moments, and the debut of the 5 km road race.

It is precisely the 5 km that represents one of the most striking appointments: the race will take place at night inside the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli, offering a unique experience between sport and atmosphere.

The event confirms Misano's role as a reference point for sports tourism, capable of combining competition, hospitality and valorisation of the territory.
