We visit the most significant places of an oenological and gastronomic wisdom that comes from afar and makes the lands of Romagna famous.

In the Borgo, we walk through the landmarks of wine, from the Monument to the Vine-dresser to the Harvest Road and the Albana Bell.
The visit continues to the Riserva Storica dei Sangiovesi di Romagna, the heart of local tradition.
Followed by the "Mani in Pasta" workshop with the preparation of piadina romagnola and the tasting of two local wines.

The tour continues with a visit to the historic Sangiovese Reserve.
