The food stands are enveloped in the delicious fragrance of polenta made using flour that contains 13 different types of corn, ground in water-powered mills served with sausage or wild boar sauce or Porcini mushrooms.
Piadina, tripe and other traditional local specialities are served with local Sangiovese DOC red wine to complete the offer.
