The last weekend in May sees the return of La Sagra delle Ciliegie, the historic "Festa dal Zarisi" in Pietracuta di San Leo, which has its roots in the first half of the 1970s when in Pietracuta, in the area called "Antaneta" near the Marecchia River, there was a lush expanse of cherry trees that produced about 100 quintals of the tasty fruit.

Many of the artists present will perform during the three-day festival with free shows suitable for audiences of all ages.

There will be food stands for all tastes, the delicious cherries, market with typical products, crafts and recycling, attractions and games for children and of course lots of music to listen and dance to for a weekend that will kick off the 2024 summer season.
