King of the festivity is the roast-suckling pork that is served with many diverse side dishes and Sangiovese red wine. Brightly-coloured spring market: crafts, clothing, and sweetmeats.

During the festivities arrives the traditional procession from Tavullia: since the mid-nineteenth century this event has been a symbol of friendship between the neighbouring parishes of Saludecio and Tavullia.

The market features food and wine stands, a dance floor and a stage for the orchestra.
