9:00 a.m. Departure of the walks from 3 municipalities in the Conca Valley
11:00-12:00 Arrival of all walks in Montescudo
11:00am-3:00pm Packed lunch, activities and workshops
15:00 Restart of walks to return to starting point (excluding Montescudo family walk)
18:00 Conclusion

INFORMATION FOR ALL
The walks take place in the woods and uphill so habit of walking on uneven terrain is required.

Walks (excluding the Montescudo family walk) may include crossing a stream with the possibility of getting wet up to the ankles.

Required equipment:
- hiking shoes (not gym shoes)
- water bottle with water
- waterproof garment
- tarp/blanket
