The Medieval Festival of Casteldelci is a true plunge into the Middle Ages. The event takes place in the old town centre and in the Eco Park area and sees the participation of over 100 participants who set up an authentic mediaeval market, with craft workshops, food stands, and the opening of old taverns and historic wood-burning ovens.

These two days, 29 and 30 June, are a unique opportunity to discover the glorious history of the village of Uguccione della Faggiola and to relive the magical atmosphere of his court.

Medieval military camps are set up in the Eco Park area, to let visitors experience the reality of those times, immersed in history and entertainment.

Spectacles with fights and sword duels involve the participants, while in the evening there are extraordinary performances with fire, enveloped in an evocative and marvellous atmosphere.

The event culminates with a torchlight procession on horseback by Uguccione's troops and ends with a festive moment in the old town centre.
