"Listen to the Forest" is a Forest Bathing experience in which no one takes on the role of "therapist" but the Forest itself. Walking with our senses open, we will re-engage with Nature: shapes, lights, shadows, sounds and smells stimulating our involuntary attention will give us a regenerating break for both body and mind. The initiative will take place in the vicinity of the Lama Forest, in a location chosen according to the season in which we find ourselves and which, thanks to its biocomplexity, will allow us to derive maximum benefit.
The outing will be carried out by a forest immersion conductor enrolled in the register of the Forest Therapy Network in Italian Forests in accordance with Law 4/2013.

Meeting point at 9.30 am at Ridracoli dam ticket office.
End of activity scheduled at approximately 1.00 pm.
Clothing suitable for a walk in the forest and the current season is required.

Single fee 15€
The fee includes admission to the Ridracoli dam (free hydro on return) guided forest dive experience, boat transfer to the Comignolo raft and return.
