A ring that touches the valleys of Ridracoli and Poggio la Lastra with a final stop at the crown of the Dam.

Length: approx. 32km, difference in altitude 860m
Difficulty: medium/easy, a minimum of training and familiarity with the MTB/E-bike is required.
Meeting point: 9.30am at IDRO Ecomuseo delle Acque di Ridracoli
Price: €55 per person including bike hire, helmet and qualified MTB guide.

Equipment: Backpack with water, windproof and/or rainproof jacket, cap or bandana, helmet and possibly bike gloves and shorts with pad (we can provide helmets and comfortable saddle covers if there are no shorts).
Comfortable clothing suitable for a MTB excursion in autumn.
