Guided tour of the Herb Garden with a focus on the different types of lavender to admire their nuances and learn about their properties.

THE DISTILLATION | 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Practical demonstration to discover the art of distillation and the process that transforms lavender into a precious essential oil.

LUNCH IN THE VIOLET | 5 pm
Guided tour of the Herb Garden and walk through the lavandeto, both historical and harvesting, amidst the scent of the purple flower with its many beneficial properties. Followed by a picnic snack between the rows of plants in the garden.

Mass with blessing of the lavender | 6.30 p.m.

SUNDAY 30 JUNE

A THOUSAND SHADES OF LAVENDER | 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Guided tour of the Herb Garden with a focus on the different types of lavender to admire their nuances and learn about their properties.

PIC-NIC IN THE VIOLET | 12 noon
Guided tour of the garden, amidst the purple colours of the blooming lavender. Followed by a tasting picnic in collaboration with local restaurateurs to sample typical products featuring aromatic and officinal herbs.

LAVENDER ROOTS | 4 pm
Guided tour of the Herb Garden with a focus on the lavender grove, followed by a weaving workshop to make lavender spindles.
