Morciano di Romagna is preparing to celebrate Carnival with a big party that will animate the town centre on Sunday 23 February. From 2.30 p.m. onwards, Piazza Risorgimento will be transformed into a real kingdom of masks, with music, shows, and entertainment for the whole family.
