Under the magical blanket of stars, the night of San Lorenzo at Giardino delle Erbe is transformed into an unforgettable sensory experience.
A journey that combines the pleasures of the palate and the beauty of nature in a unique evening, where the flavours of Tenute Tozzi wines and the delicious fried crescentine from the On the road to... truck come together in a perfect marriage.
The evening will begin with a guided tour of the aromatic plants in the garden, where participants will be able to discover the herbs that will enrich the dishes, learning to recognise and appreciate the fragrances and properties of each. Afterwards, the tasting will continue with four types of crescentine, prepared on site and enriched with fresh herbs from the garden, expertly paired with four wines from the Tozzi Estates.
At the end of the tasting, participants will be able to stretch out in the garden meadows to contemplate the starry sky of the night of San Lorenzo and express their wishes and hopes, letting themselves be enveloped by the magic of the night and the peace that only nature can offer.
