Ideal for starting the day with harmony and wellbeing, through events dedicated to meditation and relaxation of body and mind, immersed in the relaxing setting of the beach at dawn.

*we recommend bringing a beach towel or mat and sweatshirt.

Wednesday : Bathroom no.33 - Sound bath and mindfulness
Thursday : Bathroom no.13 - Sound and Healing
