Following the success of previous editions, the Municipality of Cattolica is once again proposing OUT! mini-film festival on rights, freedom and gender equality, with three free open-air cinema appointments on Tuesday 5, 12 and 19 August. The screenings will be at the Parco della Pace (Piazza IV Novembre side) at 9 pm.

Tuesday 5 August - Moonlight (2016, directed by Barry Jenkins), Academy Award for Best Picture, the intense and poetic story of Chiron, an African-American boy who, amidst a difficult childhood, silences and pain, seeks his place in the world and his own identity;
Tuesday 12 August - Zootropolis (2016, directed by Byron Howard and Rich Moore), an animated Disney film that, between adventure and irony, tells the story of how a policewoman bunny and a trickster fox overcome stereotypes and fears in a city where differences divide the species;
Tuesday 19 August - The Green Bicycle (2012, directed by Haifaa Al-Mansour), the first Saudi film to be directed by a woman, which tells the story of the courage of Wadjda, a little girl who dreams of being able to buy a bicycle by defying rules and traditions.

OUT! mini-film festival, sponsored by Arcigay Rimini and the Centro Antiviolenza Chiama Chiama, is realised in collaboration with La Bottega del Parco, the Family Centre, Sistema Critico and Circolo del Cinema Metropolis, as part of the Municipality of Cattolica's commitment to a welcoming, inclusive community that respects the rights of all people.
