Santarcangelo's Palio della Piada reaches its 26th edition this year, the tastiest and most fun event of the San Martino Fair!

On Sunday 9 November 2025, in the heart of Piazza Ganganelli, the square will be filled with the unmistakable fragrance of piadina romagnola and the cheerfulness of those who want to put themselves to the test with rolling pin and flour.
An afternoon of tradition, conviviality and healthy competition!

The organisation will provide all ingredients for the dough free of charge.
Participants will only need to bring their own rolling pin.

Participation is free of charge, but registration is required by Saturday 8 November 2025.
