Christmas 2025 in Cesenatico promises to be even more evocative and enthralling. To make the Christmas atmosphere special this year is the opening of a large Ice Skating Rink, set up in the green setting of Largo San Giacomo, right behind the historical San Giacomo Church. An initiative designed to provide moments of joy, fun and sharing for families, children and all those who choose to experience the city centre during the festive season.
The rink will be open to the public from 29 November 2025 to 6 January 2026, with the following hours:
Weekdays: from 15:00 to 20:00
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays: 10 a.m. to midnight
The rink will not only be a place to skate, but also a focal point for Christmas-themed events and appointments:
13 December - Feast of Saint Lucy
An afternoon dedicated to children with free distribution of sweets and candy.
20 and 21 December - Santa's Little House
A magical corner where families will be able to meet Father Christmas, participate in creative activities, deliver their letters and experience moments of entertainment.
Throughout the Christmas period:
Themed events and skating shows will be organised, designed to enchant the public and enrich the experience on the rink.
The skating rink is located in the heart of the old town, a few steps away from the Leonardesque Canal Port and the famous Maritime Crib, making Cesenatico an even more attractive destination for those wishing to experience Christmas in a warm, authentic and eventful atmosphere.
