Crib in a cave under the ancient walls

For the Christmas festivities, the 'Il Molino - Protezione Civile' association, in collaboration with the Bertinoro Municipality, is setting up a special nativity scene inside an ancient cave located along the Monte dei Preti trail, used in wartime as a refuge and in previous centuries as a passageway, icebox and storehouse.

The cave, accessible from Via del Soccorso, can be visited from Saturday 6 December 2025 to Tuesday 6 January 2026 on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 10 a.m. to 12 noon and from 2.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. For groups and info: Gilberto 340 8149125 or Graziano 335 6098190. Free admission.
