Sunday 30 November in Riolo Terme kicks off the Christmas festivities with the switching on of the traditional illuminations, which give the village a magical and evocative atmosphere.

Stroll through the centre under the strings of lights and admire the large illuminated tree with its star. Enjoy a walk around the Rocca Sforzesca with its illuminated battlements and a large shining moon, which create the ideal atmosphere for capturing special moments together.

The switching on of the lights is accompanied by an afternoon full of entertainment and fun for the whole family, with the overwhelming energy of Basterdjazz, in a touring performance along the streets of the centre.
From 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., the merchants' Christmas market opens with delicious sweets and many gift ideas for the coming holidays.
