A SPASS 2026: from the Rimini Riviera to discover villages and valleys
There is a Romagna that goes beyond the sea and the beaches of the Riviera. It is that of perched villages, scenic fortresses, green valleys and traditions handed down through the ages. An area rich in history, culture and flavours, all to be experienced slowly.
With this spirit, the A SPASS project, from 3 June to 10 September 2026, every Wednesday and Thursday, accompanies residents and guests of the Rimini Riviera and the entire Romagna coastline to discover the hillside areas and cities of art.
On the programme are 110 trips to 34 destinations, with departures from 10 easily accessible coastal resorts. You get on board and the organisation takes care of the rest.
One pass, many experiences
SPASS is more than just an excursion. One pass includes bus transport, guided tours, entertainment and tastings of typical products. The proposals are designed for families, couples and groups of friends, with half-day, afternoon, evening or full-day itineraries, designed to experience the area at its most suggestive moments.
Nature walks, visits to historic villages, museums, fortresses, caves and natural parks alternate with experiences linked to culture, crafts and local gastronomic traditions.
From the coast to the most fascinating valleys
The project crosses some of the most charming areas of the region: from the Marecchia Valley to the Conca Valley, from the Savio Valley to the Po Delta Park, passing through Bassa Romagna and the Lamone, Montone and Bidente Valleys. A journey through different landscapes, united by history, identity and hospitality.
The proposed destinations include iconic places such as Santarcangelo di Romagna, Verucchio, San Leo, Pennabilli, Bertinoro, Brisighella and Comacchio, up to cities of art such as Ferrara, Faenza and Cesena. Each itinerary offers a different experience, each outing is a new discovery.
