An experience dedicated to fluidity, listening and deep contact with one's own inner rhythm. The conscious walk, carried out in silence and immersed in nature, will invite you to slow down, perceive your body in movement and fully inhabit the present, letting each step become a gesture of attention and presence.
Following this, the yoga practice inspired by the element water will accompany participants in a gentle and fluid work, designed to release tensions, foster harmony and rediscover a feeling of lightness, continuity and well-being. An opportunity to let movement, breath and stillness flow through you, in a constant dialogue between body, mind and nature.
The activity is designed for those who wish to treat themselves to a space of well-being and regeneration, with no need for previous experience.
