Fabrizio Bosso and Julian Oliver Mazzariello at Albe in controuce, sunrise concerts on Riccione's beaches

Comune di Riccione

The third concert of the "Albe in controuce, concerts at sunrise on the beaches of Riccione" takes place on Sunday, July 28 (5:30) at Le Palme Beach 88-89, with Fabrizio Bosso, one of the best known and most appreciated trumpet players on the Italian jazz scene, together with a great pianist and composer at the national and international level, both as a solo artist and as part of groups and ensembles, Julian Oliver Mazzariello, on piano, in the evocative performance entitled "The sky is full of stars.

Homage to the music of Pino Daniele," in collaboration with the "Riccione Summer Jazz" festival. Endowed with an impeccable instrumental technique and an engaging lyricism, Bosso confronts all musical genres, while always remaining faithful to his jazz roots: on stages all over the world he brings the melodic richness and all-Italian songwriting, which, combined with a deep knowledge of the Afro-American tradition and constant attention to everything new moving on the international music scene, makes the sound of his trumpet unique and immediately recognizable.

In 2022, in a duo with Mazzariello, he produced the tribute to Pino Daniele that together they would take to numerous festivals in Italy and abroad (the album "Il cielo è pieno di stelle. A Tribute to the Music of Pino Daniele," comes out with Warning Music on June 21), a passionate and emotionally charged concert that becomes even more evocative in Riccione, in front of the Adriatic Sea that awakens with the songs of the great Neapolitan artist never forgotten.
