From Monday to Friday, it is possible to train outdoors, combining warm-up and cool-down with active walking with different training methods, also with the help of small equipment.

Each participant is provided with headphones for personal use to train with music and follow the instructions given by the trainer, Alberto Matturro.

The routes can vary between the Marecchia Park, the Lungofiume degli Artisti, and the beach, passing through the various city neighbourhoods and villages.
You can choose from the following times: 9:30, 13:30, 15:30, 16:30, 17:30 and 18:30.

Events may be subject to change, always contact organizers before going to the venue.
