The evenings will be conducted by Maurizio Saggion (CNA Rimini) , oil and wine sommelier.

-Tuesday 26 November at 8 p.m. : Meat dinner with Tenuta Santini wines
-Wednesday 27 November at 8 p.m. : Cod dinner with wines from Podere Vecciano
-Thursday, 28 November at 8 p.m. : dinner with Olio EVO oil and the wines of Terre di Fiume
-Friday 29 November at 8 pm: Cheese dinner with wines from San Patrignano
-Saturday 30 November at 20:00: dinner of mushrooms with the wines of Rocche Malatestiane
