The extra virgin olive oil taster course to get to know and taste the extraordinary product with a thousand virtues.

It is an intense and articulated itinerary
- to get to know, recognise and evaluate a quality extra virgin olive oil,
- analyse its organoleptic characteristics
- understand the extraction processes and chemical-physical components,
- savour the many healthy virtues that make up the aroma and taste of EVO.
The meetings will alternate theoretical content and experiential learning activities centred on the tasting of thirteen EVO oils chosen from among the most significant productions on the local and national scene.

The EVO Oil Taster and Taster course is organised by "La Scuola del Gusto", a project of CNA Rimini, in collaboration with the
Municipality of San Clemente, and implemented by ProduciAmo Romagna.
