Villagrande di Montecopiolo (Rimini)

 

Villagrande, located at 925 metres above sea level, is the capital of the Municipality of Montecopiolo. It is a totally mountainous municipality, crossed by the Conca River and the Mazzocco stream.

 

It is an ideal tourist destination in any season, the large meadows and nature trails are ideal for families and children of any age to be in close contact with nature.

This season instead is renowned for its abundant snow, there are ski lifts located both at the Eremo di Monte Carpegna and in the town.
Walks on the snow and with snowshoes will be organised, snow permitting!

Opening hours for bobsled and toboggan lifts in Villagrande di Montecopiolo approximately from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in case of snow on Saturdays and Sundays.
Possibility of renting bobsleds and obligatory helmet on site.
