Gioppino a Venezia in cerca di fortuna (Gioppino in search of fortune) is a puppet show that has its roots in Bergamo tradition, bringing to the stage one of its best-loved characters.
This time Gioppino leaves his native Bergamo and sets off for Venice, driven by the desire to change his life and seek his fortune.
In the lagoon city, our hero will find himself involved in a series of adventures, tests of courage and duels, confronting bullies and injustices with his trademark cunning. Armed with his inseparable stick, Gioppino grows along the way and transforms from a simple prankster into a true Bravo of Venice, ready to defend the weakest and make fun of power.
