An afternoon to learn how to make piada like the Romagna azdore.
If we wanted to use the words of Giovanni Pascoli we should call it "the bread, indeed the national food of the Romagnoli."
Piada over the centuries has identified and unified the land of Romagna under a single emblem, going from a symbol of rustic, country life to a widely consumed product. There are many recipes, but in this workshop we will have an exceptional "azdora" who will teach how to make piada sfogliata, a true specialty
