One of the most original events of the summer returns to Rimini: the Marecchia Sailing Cup, the craziest and most creative regatta of the summer, combining sport, art, sustainability and music with its Marecchia Village.

With the opening of the Marecchia Village (via Sinistra del Porto 164), from 29 July to 1 August, every day it will be possible to participate in creative and practical workshops dedicated to boat building, sailing, crafts, and sustainability.

WORKSHOP PROGRAMME:
1. OPTIMIST CONSTRUCTION
29 July to 1 August, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
A real boat in 4 days! Under the guidance of boatbuilder Gaia Brojanigo, we will build a boat together, step by step. A unique opportunity to get to grips with wood and manual skills, in the name of creativity and fun.

2. COMMUNITY SAILING
From 29 July to 1 August, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Transfeminist crochet workshop open to all?, to weave hands, threads and relationships, rediscovering together the beauty of manual skills and sharing.

3. LIVE SCREEN PRINTING
From 29 July to 1 August, from 18:00 to 20:00
Every day you can print your tote bag, T-shirt or fabric live. Bring your garment to be transformed: we put our hands, ink and imagination into it.

4. SOLAR OVENS
30 July, from 18:00 to 20:00
Limited workshop (max. 10 places) to build solar ovens with simple materials and an ecological vision. Registration required by 20 July.

5. DRAW AS YOU LIKE
31 July, 6 to 8 p.m.
A free drawing workshop for all ages, among sea creatures and daydreams. Bring your ideas, materials can be found here.

Every evening the Village lights up with live music, concerts, DJ sets, jam sessions, and spaces dedicated to food & drink and handicrafts.

GRAND FINAL
saturday 2 august
3 pm regatta + beach party at Kinky Beach with concerts and DJ sets: Vogo Beat, Le Endrigo, Tacobellas, Muna, FrancisP.
