'La bella stagione di Riccione' theatre season 2024/25 - Luca Bizzarri, 'They don't have a friend'

Comune di Riccione

"They don't have a friend" is a show inspired by the podcast of the same name, published by Chora Media, which has been so successful that the saying "They don't have a friend" has become a widespread intercalary. Exactly as in the podcast - created to narrate the electoral campaign and carried on thanks to an average of fifty thousand daily listeners and one million streams per month - but with all the possibilities of in-depth analysis and enjoyment of the theatrical context, at the centre of the show are the political communication of our times, the social phenomena, the customs of a new millennium confused between the nostalgia of the 20th century and the desire for technological and social innovation. With all the sagacity of his satire, Bizzarri leads us to laugh at ourselves, our weaknesses, our tics. An hour of storytelling in which we recognise ourselves as if in a mirror that at first seems deforming, but actually returns that image of us that we refuse to see.
